1. Introduction
This policy explains what data ARSY Platform collects and how it is used. It applies to the public website and to the demo-request form.
2. Demo-request data
When you submit a demo request we collect only: your full name, Saudi mobile number, expected number of users, the requested package (optional), plus the request status and internal operational notes. We do not ask for an email address, a password, or payment details at this stage.
3. Why we collect it
We use this data to contact you, understand your organization's requirements, and arrange a 30-minute session with a business consultant to present ARSY Platform. Submitting the form does not create or activate an account or a subscription, and any later account creation is a separate process that this form does not promise.
4. Sharing
Demo-request data is not shared with third parties for marketing. Only authorised team members can view it, through the admin panel.
5. Retention
A demo request is retained for as long as needed to process it and for related operational follow-up. You may request deletion of your request through the available contact channels.
6. Security
We apply access controls so a mobile number is visible only to authorised staff, and it is never shown in full on the request confirmation page.
