1. Introduction

These terms govern use of ARSY Platform, a SYNTAX product.

2. Service scope

The platform provides tools for managing WhatsApp conversations, contacts, templates, campaigns and automations, according to the package activated for the account.

3. Account creation and activation

Accounts are not created automatically from the public website. Account requests are reviewed, the team contacts the requester, and the account is then created and activated through a controlled process.

4. User responsibilities

Users must keep their sign-in credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and use the service lawfully.

5. Acceptable use

The platform must not be used to send unsolicited messages or anything that breaches messaging providers' terms or applicable regulations.

6. Subscriptions and packages

Usage limits and features follow the agreed package. Prices shown on the site are monthly prices in Saudi riyals.

7. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability. Maintenance windows or interruptions may occur, including those caused by third-party providers.

8. Intellectual property

Platform rights and trademarks remain with their owners. Use of the service grants no rights over marks or content.

9. Suspension and termination

An account may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms or unlawful use.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; updates take effect from the date published on this page.
